Cocktail lover and flavor enthusiasts, today we bring you this fantastic recipe alongside Almuedena Vázquez (@almuacks) that you’ll love! It’s a fantastic cocktail that’s called the Cali Choco Mint OG Cocktail, a combination of its main ingredients and the star of the show, food-grade terpenes (cannabis aromas), specifically Chocolate Mint OG

This cocktail can be made using a shaker or with a small glass mixer. Let’s have a look at both methods:

Cannabis-flavored Cocktails: Cali Choco Mint OG

The ingredients for both prep methods are the same.

Ingredients (for 2 cocktails)

  • 50ml Baileys
  • 80ml Brown Cacao Liquor
  • 80ml White Cacao Liquor
  • 100ml chocolate milkshake
  • 40ml coffee
  • 1 drop of Cali Terpenes. On this occasion, Chocolate Mint OG was chosen to complement the ingredients already used in the recipe.

Steps to Follow

These are the steps you’ll need to follow in order to create the Cali Choco Mint OG cocktail using a cocktail shaker.

Prepping in a cocktail shaker

  1. Dribble some mint syrup in a glass and place in the freezer (if using a Hurricane glass). After a few minutes the syrup should be stuck to the glass.
  2. Next, add 50ml baileys, 80ml brown cacao liquor, 80ml white cacao liquor, 100ml chocolate milkshake and 40ml coffee to a Boston cocktail shaker.
  3. Add 1 drop of terpenes (0.025ml) and Chocolate Mint OG to the mixture.
  4. Add ice to the cocktail shaker.
  5. Shake well!
  6. Fill your glass with crushed ice, and if possible, use a sieve to pour the cocktail out.
  7. Decorate (optional). In our case we used some chocolate shavings – a delight for the senses!

This recipe combines different aromatic ingredients, such as terpenes, coffee and mint syrup. We ended this delicious terpene cocktail with an ounce of chocolate, a great suggestion for topping off this explosion of flavors.

Prepping with a mixer

  1. Follow step 1 of the previous recipe with the glass.
  2. Pour 50ml Baileys, 40ml brown cacao liquor, 40ml white cacao liquor, 100ml chocolate milkshake and 40ml coffee into your mixer.
  3. Add 1 drop of terpenes (0.025ml terpenes).
  4. Cover with ice and mix.
  5. Once properly mixed, decorate to taste and it’s ready to go.

*This method makes for a more frozen, slushie effect.
