Today, thanks to @ninabartendercl from the great team at En Volá, we’re bringing you this delicious terpene drink recipe (cannabis aroma) which has a surprising aroma, flavor, and composition.
We’re back with another delicious Cali Terpenes cocktail recipe with terpenes! This time, with a spectacular alcohol-free recipe in which the main focus is its explosive flavor.
On this occasion, we’ll be using food grade aromas as flavoring; AK47, which provides a complex aroma and flavor that we’ll describe further on.
Cocktails with Cannabis Flavors: Lord Melvin by En Volá and Cali Terpenes
Let’s have a look at the ingredients and steps needed to create your very own Lorn Melvin and surprise your guests with a fun, explosively delicious drink.
Ingredients
The following ingredients can be for one person, although the best way to enjoy this exquisite drink is with a friend.
1 small melon (or large if sharing between various people)
- 75ml chardonnay wine.
- 60ml melon juice.
- 20ml lemon juice.
- 3 spoons of brown sugar.
- 8 – 10 mint leaves.
- Ice.
- AK 47 Terpenes. You can also choose another strain, we recommend using sweet aromas/flavors.

Prep
Preparing this cannabis-flavored drink is a lot easier than you would think, and the result will absolutely astonish you!
Lord Melvin Terpene Cocktail Step by Step
- Make a cut on one side of the melon, and use a knife to open a hole in the melon and empty it out, to hold around a glass (200 -250ml). The melon you crape out will be used to make the drink itself.
- Put 60ml melon juice, 75ml chardonnay, sugar, mint, 1 drop of terpenes and ice in your cocktail shaker.
- Shake.
- Pour the result into your previously carved out melon.
- Add some ice, a couple of straws and… enjoy!
Taste Test
The idea behind the Lord Melvin cocktail is to create a recipe for all 5 senses:
- The sense of smell is inundated by a mix of sweet, fruity, sour and citric aromas.
- It’s a wonderfully beautiful drink to put together.
- The touch of the melon brings you another step closer to nature, drinking straight from the fruit itself.
- The flavor of the fruit and terpenes mixed together is an explosion.
- And… uh, yeah, maybe 5 senses was going a bit to far.
This recipe has a complex combination of sweet, fruity, intensely fresh flavours from the melon and AK 47 terpenes, which alongside the sourness of the wine, the hint of mint and citrus, make each sip completely unique.

Myrcene, b-Caryophyllene, d-Limonene, d-a-Pinene, a-Pinene, b-Pinene.
