Cooking delicious dishes with terpene profiles is a way to amaze your guests and leave them with their mouth open. And cooking with terpenes is actually easier than you think. Today we want to show you a gourmet recipe by chef Xavi Petit: melon soup with ham and mango, with the special touch of our terpenes (cannabis aromas).
Ingredients
- Terpenes (cannabis aromas) by Cali Terpenes; on this occasion Critical Jack. You can also use the more water-soluble version of this terpene profile, or any of our other food terpenes if you like experimenting with other flavors and scents.
- Melon
- Lime
- Mango
- Mint
- Feta cheese
- Serrano or Iberian ham
Steps to follow
- Squeeze the lime.
- Add the melon and blend.
- Add the mint and blend again.
- Let the mixture cool for about 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture.
- Keep it chilled while you follow the steps below.
- Dehydrate or fry the ham in a microwave.
- Cut the mango.
- Break up the feta cheese.
- Add Critical Jack’s terpenes to the lime, melon, and mint mixture. Stir well.
- Place the feta cheese, mango, and ham in a bowl, and pour the “soup” over.
- Enjoy!
