In this post we will explain how the packaging of Cali Terpenes products are made, both terpenes (cannabis aromas) and e-liquids.
How are the packaging of Cali Terpenes products? Terpenes and e-liquids.
Terpenes (cannabis aromas):
Terpenes are volatile elements, so if they are not contained or packaged correctly, you can lose part of them.
That is why our aromas (terpenes) have a specific packaging for the correct conservation, protection and use of the product.
Terpenes packaging formats:
Depending on the quantity of terpenes, they are offered in different formats.
The available formats are: 1ml, 5ml, 10ml, 50ml, 250ml, 500gr and 1kg. Customized packaging is also available (just for companies).

That is why we offer our aromas in different formats / packages / labeling:
– Packaged terpenes for vaporization and the cannabis industry:
These flavors are packaged and labeled under the strictest conditions of the European vaporization regulations.
It’s the format that you will usually find in vaping shops, grow shops,…etc. since it is used to create your own e-liquids, for the use in cannabis products, aromatherapy, and more.
– Terpenes packed for food:
These aromas are packaged and labeled under food grade regulations.
This format is the one you should use if you are going to use terpenes to adding flavour and aroma to any edibles.
– Fat-soluble formats:
As you can find our cannabis terpenes profiles for vaping or cannabis industry, we are able to offer you the same product under the food grade labeling regulation.
Fat soluble terpenes are perfect for mixing with fatty products, oils, sauces and many other food products.
If you are looking to produce any drink with an authentic cannabis flavour, you need our water soluble versions.
– Water-soluble versions:
Most terpenes can’t be dissolved properly in water, so if you are trying to aromatize any drink, it will be difficult for you if you do not have one of our water-soluble version.
These aromas are better soluble in water and also in alcohol, making them perfect for beverage production, ensuring more homogeneous flavor and aroma.
Level of terpenes in every packaging:
As explained above, our cannabis terpenes profiles (cannabis aromas) are packaged in 1ml, 5ml, 10ml, 50ml, 250ml, 500gr and 1kg formats.
The only ones of which you can see the level of terpenes are those of 1ml, 5ml and 10ml, so we want to explain how they are packaged and why.
Terpenes level in 1ml container:
Terpenes of 1ml format, are contained in a bottle greater than 3ml of capacity to avoid to spill terpenes when you remove the safety stopper.
If you look at the pictures, it seems that the bottle comes partially empty, but you should bear in mind that if there were 3 ml of terpenes in the bottle, when you open it you would drop half of them.
This package also contains a dosing pipette to use terpenes comfortably.
Terpenes level in 5ml and 10ml containers:
Terpenes in 5ml and 10ml containers are also designed with cans with a capacity greater than the contained terpenes, for greater safety during the application.
This bottle contains the dropper in the same cap, so they are really comfortable to use and keep.
Terpenes container safety measures:
The containers of our terpenes have all the necessary measures for an optimal conservation of the product and to avoid evaporation of this, so if you always have the terpenes stored in these containers you will’not have problems with them.

Safety measures of the 1ml terpenes container:
Terpenes in 1ml format are contained in a glass bottle. It is designed to avoid deterioration of the product by UV rays.
The anti-leak and anti-evaporation safety measures in this package are a safety shutter and a hermetic cap with anti-leak safety disc.
In addition, the canister has a capacity greater than the contained terpenes, so that when you remove the safety shutter you will not spill the terpenes.
Equipped with a protective container for the terpene bottle, for better conservation and transport.
Safety measures for the 5ml and 10ml terpenes container:
Terpenes in 5ml and 10ml formats also come packaged in anti UV glass.
The main differences between these formats and the 1ml format is the that those have the dropper dispenser incorporated in the same container.
The stopper of the 5 and 10ml formats is equipped with an anti-leak stopper.

Safety measures for the terpene container of 50ml, 250ml, 500gr and 1kg:
Terpenes in 50ml, 250ml, 500gr and 1kg formats comes in aluminum bottles specially designed to conserve and transport substances that must be kept without contamination and protected from external factors.
These containers contain a stopper cap to prevent leakage or any evaporation of terpenes.
In addition, they come equipped with a safety cap.
Packaging of Cali Terpenes e-liquids:
Cali Terpenes e-liquids are made using top quality raw materials. For them, a container at their height.
The e-liquids containers come equipped with a child-proof safety cap, to avoid spills or unwanted openings.
In addition, they come equipped with a dropper shutter, which is perfect for filling electronic cigarettes such as Eleaf x Just Fog or Smok Novo.
Equipped with a protective box for better transport and conservation.
Batch and packaging of terpenes and e-liquids:
Both the batches of the products and the expiration date of terpenes and e-liquids are indicated on the packaging.
In terpenes, you can see the batch and expiration date on the bottom of the tube that contains the little bottle (see the picture).
For e-liquids, the expiration date is printed on the bottom of the e-liquid’s protective packaging.
