Our wonderful David Chef420 wanted to finish the recipe this time by adding floral and fresh notes by using Lavender terpenes – as always, the unique combination of scents, flavors, textures, and colors goes beyond. You’ll find out very soon!
Ingredients:
- 400 ml milk
- 250 ml coconut milk
- 70 g sugar
- 50 g rice
- 1 g salt
- Cinnamon
- Lavender terpenes (or your preferred food-grade terpenes, we have chosen Lavender for the aromatic notes it provides, which you can see at the end of the post, but you can choose another one that suits your needs better.)
Pineapple in Rum Ingredients (optional)
- Half a pineapple
- 3 ml aged rum

Rice Pudding Prep
- Cook the rice with milk, coconut milk, sugar, and cinnamon over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat, let it cool slightly, and add the mixture to a blender.
- Add 1 drop of terpenes.
- Blend again and strain it to achieve a creamy texture.
- Divide the cream into individual containers and let them cool in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours, each container well-covered with food plastic wrap or similar.
- Sprinkle grated coconut before serving. Optionally, but highly recommended, you can also add diced pineapple in rum, which we explain how to prepare below.
Preparation of the pineapple in rum addition (optional but highly recommended):
- Cut half a pineapple into cubes, sauté it in 3 ml of rum, and add it on top of the rice pudding.
